About the price, the trays in big sizes are more expensive compared to the little one for the obvious reason that it can handle more things compared to the small one and that it can be used quickly and easily as possible. There are varieties of trays available in the market nowadays. There are some trays made of wood, some are made of stainless steel and some are made of plastics. Usually, stainless trays are used for hotel usage especially when serving wines and beverages. This is because stainless steel resists rust. Wooden type when get wet will be ruin after a period of time. Plastic trays can also be used however it cannot handle so weighty objects.

Large serving trays are good for waiters who are in a rush, especially when they have a lot of guests waiting for their food. With this type of tray, a number of guests will be given foods or anything they want in just one serving session. Then the waiter could go back and get another batch to serve.
